We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, a charge may be applied. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your session without prior communication, you will be marked as a no-show and charged for the session.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances such as cold and flu season or other emergencies may require short-notice cancellations. In such cases, we are happy to reschedule your appointment or offer an online session. You can email info@comoxvalleyspeechtherapy.com for any cancellations.
